Gorgona - Parque Nacional Natural
One of the most striking features of Gorgona obvious from sea : a leafy and lush rainforest descends directly from small clouded peaks to the deep blue of the mysterious waters of the Pacific Ocean . But the real surprises are hiding under these dazzling surfaces , both on land and at sea. In Gorgona are own species of tropical rainforest, coral formations , a variety of marine species, nesting colonies of seabirds and migratory shorebirds and sea . Its waters are frequented by dolphins, whales and humpback whales, among others.
